JENGA
Date: Winter 2015
Critic: Hitoshi Abe, UCLA
Location: UCLA Campus
Program: School of Architecture
Areas: 90,000 sq.ft.
Model: 1/32” = 1’-0”; 3D print with acrylic base

The objective of the studio was to programmatically and spatially rethink the architectural school. My proposal takes on the jenga bar approach, where the interior of the bars contains enclosed spaces, and the outside of the bars contains studio space. Studio space in this way becomes both continuous yet separate, one volume but on multiple levels.
